Sorry, but the quake was a busted solution (note the 2.29s RMS). There were some poorly timed S readings that trashed the location. I fixed the readings and it now locates at the Pinnacles. The old and new locations are shown below

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I've updated the NCEDC catalog (which is identical to the ANSS catalog for Northern CA quakes).
