Yes, the search here is a rather simple one. I researched search engines and if I installed something like google's, then all the posts would be available to the world. I didn't think that was a good idea.

The search on the archives does work, it does take a long time (there are lots of posts out there), and its surely not sophisticated.

To install a good private search program takes $$$ - unless someone has an idea....
