Three odd things coinciding have led me to make this prediction for northern California. First, before I fell asleep this morning at about 7:00 am PST the right side of my head (facing north) became congested. I woke frequently before getting up at 11:00 am, but had a dream in which I saw a Current Activity Map with a magnitude 4 square northeast of the San Francisco area. Thirdly, my right ear just rang for several seconds also while facing north. This just happened at 2:26 pm PST. To describe the area I saw in the dream it was on land, but west of Chico and Sacramento; south of 40 N (Red Bluff) and north of 38 N (Stockton). I put a four day limit on it and magnitude from 4.0 to 5.2.
