Hi EQF. One of the problems with the kind of data you use is that a person can make it fit, or work so that it looks good. A person can either do this knowingly, or unknowingly because that person wants it to work so bad that they will bend the limits of the program. In order for a person to check the validity of a program it must be put to the test. They make a quake prediction based on the program. If the quake occurred where the program says it will then it works. This must be done before the quake occurs and done time and time again. If it is done any other way there will always be doubts about the program and the person using it. I hate having to say that, but that is the cold facts of life. In order for a program to be accepted it must be shown that it works. There is only one way this can ever be done. I don’t have to tell you what that way is. Take Care…Don in creepy town
