Hi Canie. I was down in your area the last weekend in March and a relative that I was visiting was telling me that he has noticed water coming up out of the ground between Seal Beach and Bolsa Chica. He said he wasn't talking about rain water or run off etc. I don't know if that means anything but he's 82 and has lived there for a long time and felt compelled to point it out.

Thanks for the link to the quake alarm. I hadn't heard of one of those before. I am wondering if I could use one here. I imagine that it would be going off constantly with the wind that shakes the whole house.
