Hi John. The same thing has been detected in the area of the expected Tokai quake. I first learned of this back in 2002 from a news special on NHK TV. I get the Japanese channel direct from Japan by satellite.

Unfortunately there isn’t very much on the Internet about this ongoing event. Take Care…Don in creepy town
