Yes - I say its due to the increased stress from the 6.1 -

There are a couple places to check for quakes in that area - though I don't know that they are kept updated and monitored all that well:
http://sismologia.cicese.mx/resnom/sismicidad/reciente.php - Baja map
http://www.ssn.unam.mx/SSN/ssn-ultimos.html - doesn't always show baja quakes unless large
and finally:
http://earthquake.usgs.gov/recenteqsUS/ - shows them sometimes - it is showing aftershocks of the 6.1
