Re: Chinese Earthquake Kills Hundreds

I must admit that I do get EQF's notifications - There were 2 notices as he said - I'd love to comment on them if he gives me permission as his warnings did state they were not for public posting. He had asked for some others to check for possible locations as he wasn't positive on his location (but he was sure close on 1 out of 3 possibilities!) -

I also sent EQF an email stating the following on 2/18 at 8:54am PST:
I don't know this has any significance or not - I show cats and there was a cat show this weekend in Arcadia, CA - There seemed to be an unusually high number of cats that were upset at the show. We also had a full moon so I don't know how much that had to do with it.

The cats get scared and then some become aggressive - so we had lots of cats being scared and unhappy - also over the course of a weekend there is rarely a 'cat out' situation - where a cat somehow gets out of its cage - at most shows I never hear any 'cat out' calls - at this show we must have had 8 or so...

On another note - and again, I can't say that it really means anything, but I did walk into my room yesterday evening, I had the california earthquake map up on my screen and I swore I saw a big red square (6-7mag) in southern cal area around riverside/san bernadino. I blinked and looked again and it wasn't there...

I hope my imagination is just working overtime.

I was pretty surprised that the big bear quake was about 29 miles from san bernadino area. None of the data I had was scientific and not really reproducable so it doesn't further the science of quake predictions any. It does convince me to follow my hunches when they have multiple clues.
