Gee - of the 46 listed earthquakes on NEIC for this time period only one quake:

fitted the parameters - and I don't think this can count since it occured before he posted his prediction.

So - 1 'iffy' out of 46 is pretty lousy statistics - Mere chance given that he listed a lot of quake prone areas anyway would have been better...
