January 22, 2003 Mexico earthquake, Solid Earth Tide and MICA program data

Hi Don,

The answer to that question is not so important that you need to spend a lot of time on it. And as I said, I thought that you probably just did not see my original post about it. I lost track of it myself and just remembered that you had mentioned something about my data possibly pointing to some location in Central or South America.

I am still learning about how those earthquake and precursor data relate to one another. And I thought that perhaps you had spotted something that I had not yet seen.

EVALUATION OF THE JANUARY 22, 2003 MEXICO EARTHQUAKE

What I have been telling people is that I believe that the earthquake triggering research which I am presently doing may be some 10 to 30 years more advanced than what people are used to seeing depending upon what area you are talking about. And it is really not that complex. It presently appears to me that to a large extent, researchers have simply been studying the wrong types of data.

I can now quickly and easily generate a variety of data for the time and location that a given earthquake occurs including sun and moon locations, the strengths of their gravitational pulls, ocean tide data, Solid Earth Tide data (as of the last week or two), and MICA program related Earth acceleration data (as of today). Solar and geomagnetic data are also available at Internet Web sites. And I believe that when all of those data are examined they are probably indicating how some and perhaps many of our important earthquakes are being triggered.

I just ran the destructive January 22, 2003 Mexico earthquake through my latest data processing routines. The Solid Earth Tide data did not appear to me to indicate how it was triggered. But I believe that the MICA program data show that it may have occurred when there was a particularly abrupt change in the Earth acceleration forces in space. There is an explanation regarding what that means in the D – 2 section towards the end of the following report:

Earthquake Triggering, Precursors, and Sensitivity

I have also been having detailed discussions regarding all of this with different experts including a number of geophysicists. And it all appears to be almost completely unknown technology to them. They understand the material. But they have never seen anything published on it before.

If all of these theories are correct then I expect that during the next year as (if and when) this information gets circulated we may see an abrupt jump in what the scientific community knows about how earthquakes are being triggered and hopefully also, how they can be forecast.

These are personal opinions.
