Hi EQF. False hope in many ways is worse then no hope at all. When someone gets their hopes built up and nothing comes of it the disaster that occurred is compounded by the fact there was no warning, or anything.

The other thing is that when one cries wolf to many times the day will come that when the person is correct no one is going to pay attention to what was said.

There is an instrument available now that can give you a minute or so warning that a major quake is occurring provided it is set correctly. If my understanding is correct as to how it works it is based on the "P" wave triggering the alarm.

To make predictions that are insufficiently inaccurate in regards to specific location, magnitude and date is a waste of time and effort.

You express a desire that people should share data. On numerous occasions I have asked you to teach me how to use your data, but to date you haven't done so.

You make claims for which you have never given one shred of proof. I only have your word as to what you say is the truth. How can I take the word of someone I don't know without first seeing the proof?

Just so the record is straight I'm not calling you a liar, but you do have a creditability problem in that you make no predictions before the fact. All of your claims are based on after the fact. Take Care…Don in creepy town
