That swaying sensation appears to be fairly common for people who are earthquake sensitive. However, it could probably be caused by any number of things. I believe that it may represent a biological response to certain type electromagnetic energy field fluctuations. And I understand that it can get stronger the closer you are to a good signal conductor. Ocean water would be one.
