Hi -

The wind was crazy that night. Since it's the second time I've seen that type of large blue flash, I was also thinking that it was something else.

While I was observing, there was like a high altitude sand/dust storm that accumulated overhead. It was strange because I was wondering what was going on since the wind didn't hit down near the surface yet. All of a sudden, I noticed that dust was accumulating on the telescope and I was worried about the mirror. So, I made a run for it. Just as I got everything in, all hell broke loose with the wind.

We're up in Saugus - right by Saugus High School. It was really bad for the last few days.
