Canie, I was talking about Carizzo Plain. You are talking about far south of there. Yes, the slip in the last few earthquakes was 9 to 10 m in Carizzo Plain. I think the slip rate is about 3.3 cm/yr. That makes 300 years for 10 m of slip. You have to rupture through Carizzo to get to Pallet Creek/Mohave segment/San Bernadino, if the epicenter is at Cholame or Parkfield....Chris
