Now the recent meter changes makes me wonder if Parkfield will stay nice and quiet until my next trip up there in the spring.

Are you looking a little more carefully just south of Parkfield as I suspect? I am also seeing a lot of noise on the drum recorder from Middle Mountain - could this be affected by the recent weather changes?
