Dear Prashant S Akerkar

According to my little knowledge it is proved beyond doubt that
prediction of quakes over Gujarat is possible at present using
sunlight method. I am filing this report with full confident
that if our Government support to predict quakes over Gujarat,
I can prove it with cent percent success rate provided to fulfill
my requirements such as to open proper two to three observatories
to register sunlight deviations etc, with very minimum allocation
of fund. If we feed the related data into an ordinary computer,
it will do better results and if we use supercomputers for fantastic
results.
