I've noticed that if my dog barks 3 times, turns in a circle and barks twice more that a mag. 6.5 will occur somewhere in the world. The time is still a problem; it could be days, weeks or sometime months but it never fails to happen.

Do you see any similarity here to what you are coming up with?
