Hi All. Things are getting interesting. There is a second data site at SJB that is showing acceleration in creep. The last 4 times this happened there was a moderate quake in the area. There were 3 in the Parkfield area and 1 in the Hollister area.

If I remember correctly the last quake in this area was north of here. We had one east of here, but no creep was seen with that one. There was a build up of tensor strain however. No tensor strain is being indicated at this time.

Petra had an unusual ear tone today. One she has never heard before. Not sure what to make of it. The overall duration of the tone puts in to far south of me. However she has had a couple in the last few days that puts this area right in the middle. I wonder if she is mad at me for winning the last bet. Take Care…Don the nervous one
