The current procedure as I understand it at SCEC is not to provide the USGS earthquake information until it has been thoroughly reviewed by local personnel. The shutoff of data from SCEC began on Saturday morning, probably due to personnel shortage on weekends. This occasionally occurs even though earthquakes continue to occur in the region.

A listing directly from the Southern California Seismic Network of current earthquakes of M>=2 can be found at the link below. There appears to have been at least one very significant earthquake in the area today.
