Thanks for that report. My wife Jan, is on the Parks Highway heading home right now. She was around mile 100, so she should miss the damaged road area.

Everyone that has called me says this was definately a DOOZY. One neighbor talked to a friend in Slana (near Tok, over towards Canada) and they had a lot of damage. The Slana General Store had extensive damage.

We are being warned of 50-70mph winds tonight, again. We have had a lot of high winds, good size quakes, and no snow.
