Didn't know that 400 M has been spent already on this...that's a lot of spare change....

With the lower cost of computers and more databases appearing on line all the time it seems rather foolish to assume that the future holds a zero prognosis for succes in this area.

I think that this board might be part of Camp C.... except that there are some financial aspects (apparently) nixing input here and there....

No doubt that speciality educations and funding Czars will stifle any progress normally available through collaborations across domains...subject areas....
