Mammoth Lake area

Hi All. I have bring tring all day to post. I must have given poor Canie the worsts headache she's ever had, but I found the problem.
I though I would bring everything up to date as to what I have learned.
Lets start with the quake in May. It is felt that the quake cracked the dyke and magma is now flowing to the south in the area a McGee Creek. I think this is the main reason for all of the quakes occurring outside the caldera. There has been a rise of 30inchs with a diameter of ten miles in the resurgent dome. I'm sure if this is the old one or if it’s a new one. There are two pools of magma forming around Toms Place. I'm sure the information is good, but confirming it was and is the hard part.
The McGee Creek area is the hot area. This is the area to watch as this was the area of epicenter of the quake in May and it is outside and to the south of the caldera.
There is one little thing that no one has said anything about. It's about all of those quakes south of Goldfield. It just seems to me that these quakes are to concentrated in one spot to be aftershocks. It looks more like it might be magma moving toward the surface. Time is the only thing will prove that right of wrong. Take Care…Don in creepy town
