Hi Roger. I have the same problem with this as I do all the others who claim to be able to predict a quake. It’s almost always after the fact and never before the fact. You never see a prediction made before the quake occurs. You never see how many predictions were made and what percentages of those were correct. You never see how many quakes occurred in which no prediction was made.

Just because a weather forecaster can’t tell you what caused the cloud doesn’t mean that it was caused by an impending quake. If the data being used is proprietary as it was in my case then say so. However that shouldn’t prevent anyone from making a prediction before the fact.

Bite your tongue for saying Petra is starting to sound like EQF. Well, okay so there is a hint there that she is, but only just a hint. Then again maybe it’s the other way around. Ever since I’ve known Petra she has always advocated that earthquake prediction was going to require the joining of all who were attempting to make those predictions. No one person was going to be able to do it. No one method is going to accomplish this. Take Care…Don in creepy town
