Hi Cowboy,

Well, I didn't see the entire state slip into the ocean, so I guess it must be all right if I am correct now and then. You have to remember, I do have very good memory skills and I have been past Squaw Rock a few more times than you. The importance of Squaw Rock is the historical tale. A young Indian maiden committed suicide when she leaped from the top into the Russian River which runs below. I can imagine her standing on this solid firm rock, crying severely and weighing whether she should give up or hang in there and found no strong reason to stay. But she does stay, only not so most folks would notice. Her essence is still there today. The ethos from the past remain, and alongside, a treacherous road, and a monumental rock nudging its way toward Squaw Rock. She may be gone, but not forgotten.

As to suggestions about what you might do with the information you acquired today, maybe you should print a map and do, an earthquake dance on it so I can get my box of chocolates before the end of October. On second thought, I'd truly prefer to pass on the near 6.0 and just buy the chocolates myself. I just looked at the EQ Map and got a bad feeling, the only problem is that it's at your end of the line and not mine.
