Hi Chris. The quake in the Straits between Honshu and Hokkaido was in the center of the 43°/45° ring. The quake at Kamchakta appears to be just a little to the south of the 59°/61° ring. The Tonga Island quake appears to be just east of the 43°/45° ring, or maybe at the very edge of it.
