News service is interested in World Series earthquake forecasts

West Coast news service personnel contacted me and asked if I could check to see if any earthquake sensitives or other earthquake forecasters are expecting any earthquake activity during the professional World Series baseball games which will run from October 19 to perhaps October 27, 2002 depending on how many games need to be played. At this time I do not know what they are planning to do with the information.

Back in 1989 on October 17, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake in the San Francisco area interrupted the series and reportedly claimed about 60 lives and did an estimated $6 billion in damage.

If you post a forecast here and it says somewhere in the forecast that it can be forwarded to a news service then if I see it I will pass it along to them. You could also send it to me by e-mail. I told them that I myself am not expecting any major West Coast earthquake activity for the near future.
