The interactive prediction evaluation form we're working on should take care of that. It will require the necessary parameters and possibly offer a choice of "chance" methods to be used.

When it's done, a predictor will be able to enter his prediction online and get an instant probability estimate. He will also be able to have the prediction recorded for future accuracy evaluation if he wishes.
