Mary C.: You're right...there's no explicit link to 'earthquake sensitives'. I pretty much infered that based on the following: 1)The frequency is said to range from 30 to 80 Hz (which I think are elf frequencies which were initially reported by Fraser-Smith as happening before Loma Prieta (?)). 3) The vancouver area (at least) is seismically active...leading to the idea that they might be "hearing" a slow quake in progress maybe.... Of course, it might be tinitus for some...
