No...actually that was this morning at 05:07 (your local time). You may have felt /perceived precursory effects some 5 hours beforehand.

Of course, you may also have been feeling effects for something bigger than the M2.4... yet to arrive...time will tell.

BTW, 5 pm is shown as 17:00 (add 12 to 5) to get the evening hour...it's called military time....
