6.4M in Gulf of California today

Just noticed this rather large quake in the Gulf of California. Red Puma listed it as follows:

03Oct2002 16:08:28.0 23.2N 108.5W 10 M =6.4 M*NEI GULF OF CALIFORNIA

I believe this is the largest quake in the region in quite a while, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
