Yes - I did answer per the 'rules' but did think that Guerrero (or that side) was more likely - I think it has to do with the pressure put on the plate by the storm - just forces the issue. I don't know the math. I can't find Lowell's explanation in the archives... It was around last October-Nov we were talking about it. Maybe its back a little further?
