Hi Canie. Thanks for the link. The quake does have strike slip, but is not a pure strike slip. There is just a trace of thrusting there. That may account for the two distinct directions of shake.

By using both the shake map and the moment tensor solution you can get a pretty good idea as to the type of quake it was. Take Care…Don in creepy town
