Hi Petra :-) I think it's good to remind people from time to time. It's so easy to have a love affair with the scenery here and to forget certain details which may save your life one day. I agree that's it's important information for those that travel to this area as well. Over the past few years I have learned alot about preparation I think and I owe part of that to the efforts of Don and yourself and others on this board and it's appreciated. I love this area and I think California is wonderful as well. I believe I am a bit more prepared when I'm on the road now and I think that's a good thing. I have lot's to learn about this area and eventually I think I am going to wind up in northern California. I am thinking that I need to spend some time in Napa or Sonoma or wherever I land in the region. I love to learn all I can about an area and it's hard to do unless you are living there and taking it in on a daily basis.
