Wasn't this published before the Hector Mine quake? I think they did find that it was correct and Hector occurred in the 'red zone'.

I think I've seen this graphed out for after Hector...and that's why Barstow - Coso area is now the 'hot spot' - Coso Junction also due to GPS measurements.

Do you know of the location of this process for after the hector mine quake?
