Adventures in C. U.

I called the library and asked where it was located.

She said "just off Broadway" which is where I remembered it when I worked across the street.

So I parked just west of the campus and started walking.

Well, things have changed. The Earth Science library is now on the east side of the campus, many blocks away.

After much hiking I found it and asked about the thesis. Yes, they had it. I went down to see it. It's a good 4 inches thick! Almost 600 pages.

Then I asked about checking it out.

"Do you have an account?" Well, no, how do I do that? "Register at the main library" in the middle of the campus.

More hiking, fill out the form, show my driver's license, etc. etc.

By then my parking meter was about to expire. More hiking back to the car.

I'll go back tomorrow and get it but no way I can copy it. Relevant passages perhaps.
