I read from the list itself, that the list of Norcal quakes including the
ones under 2M is going out of business. We are being sent instead to the
generic CA map.
The norcal.list was the BEST source of more esoteric information on the
net as far as EQ's go. Andy told me a number of years ago that this was
his 'workstation'. Perhaps that has changed, but without norcal.list,
several researchers will be without one of their most valuable tools.... I
urge everyone to write USGS, Menlo Park and ask that this list be kept...
same as was done in similar way for Mammoth.....

Write to Andy and ask him why our best tool is being removed.....Look for an honest answer!
