True enough Canie. Also, I don't fault them for being ever so cautious as history has shown that it is a slippery slope to travel.

There may be some revisions at some time...guess we'll have to 'pull a Don' and see (i.e. wait with our feet up).

Also, somebody posted not too recently about an inverse tide/seismicity relationship for underwater volcanics (where low tide implied higher seismicity).

So there's some small increments being found along the way....
