If the thought that solar activity increases the rate of earthquakes is a true one.. (I do believe there is some relationship) then I think the areas most likely to see an increase in activity are the geothermal/volcanic areas, but of course there's no reason to exclude other areas...

Watch the cascades, long valley, the geysers, ciero prieto, obsidian butte, coso junction, mid-atlantic ridges, any spreading ridges - Baja, east pacific rise... you get the idea...

Chris is really right here - some hard facts should be put together...
