Re: & a Tacoma,WA UFO case |
Hi 2 Cents, The UFO question it seems will for some time to come be just another unsolved mystery. I am greatly puzzled by the reactions of people who read the accounts of first hand witnesses to these events. There have been millions who have reported these incidents and most of them are extremely credible, which includes Past President, Jimmy Carter. Are millions of people, even those who show every sign of total stability going nuts? I don't think so. Though I'm not a UFO enthusiast I have noted from news reports that Mexico seems to have taken the lead is giving acceptance to the theory that UFO's are real and they include reports in their news with live footage. This may be going on in other countries as well, but I'm not aware of it. There are so many facets in looking for connections to one event to the next, including earthquakes and their precursors that we just don't have enough solid, repeatable evidence to tie all of these events together. In looking at earthquake lights for instance, there seems to be some correlation. Solar and geomagnetic influences have their place as do the unproven ear tone theory. In California this morning we have the news accounts of a shooting at LAX yesterday and a standoff on the freeway down in Palo Alto. The mess from last nights gala celebrations, is in evidence in neighborhoods everywhere. It sort of makes you feel that something went off kilter, in the cosmic sense and you wonder why? Young people are instructed not to play with matches or fire, but give them the Fourth of July and suddenly the other rules are set aside. I don't understand this and I never will. There's a plethora of unsolved questions about everything in life and perhaps that what makes us use our little grey cells to ferret out what we believe to be the truth. So at last we must ask, what is the truth? Even the truth about anything is subjective. And so it goes....... Petra Follow Ups: ● Re: & a Tacoma,WA UFO case - 2cents 15:10:26 - 7/8/2002 (16229) (0) |
