Kinda puts the damper on the "shadow zone" concept a little doesn't it? Maybe the "shadow zone" concept is a gross misinterpretation (but nice try anyway) of seismic wave observations....

Hmmm...110.1 degrees isn't an FFA angle either....

BTW, by one 'guestimate' the FFA rings for the above three quakes cover 11 % of the planets surface. IOW, there's a 1 in 9 chance that a random location selection will fall in one of the FFA rings of one (or more) of the above three quakes.

These odds are much lower than one may think on first pass IMO.
