Just heard there was a 5.0 earthquake near Evansville IN about an hour ago. That's kind of big for that region. In fact, looking at the USGS historical information, there have not been many small earthquakes there either. I think last year they had one near 4.0. Maybe this is a new area to watch - beyond the New Madrid area.
