I would doubt that any of these procedures including hypnosis could ever be 100% accurate. For one thing, I believe that people can sometimes form "memories" of some event which appear to them to be perfectly accurate and which would probably be viewed as being accurate by various evaluation systems. But the memories are simply wrong. The events never really occurred or did not occur in the way in which they are remembered.
