M3 south of Santa Cruz island

There was just a M3.0 just south of the east end of Santa Cruz Island-only the second M3 in southern California in 50 days or more. This area is my neck of the wood....intersections of NW-SE right-lateral faults with E-W left-reverse oblique faults-a couple of these faults are capable of M7 or larger earthquakes....but not very often....Chris
