I have stated before and will again. Any prediction for an event of Ml 3+ which has a 10-year window attached to it for California is
almost 100% certain to occur. To consider these
types of predictions "useless" is an understatement, whether they are made by amateurs
OR professionals (professionals ought to know better). They prove nothing about any theory or technique.
