Hi Petra:

So Doing It is on your mind huh ? :)

Does a 7 mile long prediction box and decade long time window count ?

Quake Mapper
Scientists Use Big Patterns to Forecast Earthquakes

The scientists divided the region into about 3,000 "boxes" measuring about seven miles on each side, resulting in a grid-like map of Central and Southern California.

The color-coded map shows areas where the scientists believe quakes of magnitude 5 or greater are most likely to occur during this decade.

I think the Chinese are prevented by law from predicting quakes (and to hide their false alarm rate ??).
