I had something else in mind as far as (surface)instrumentation goes. Yes, I can see how the costs run up with all the drilling, etc.

I believe that you have mentioned in the past about how creep, etc. has not been all that useful insofar as predicting earthquakes go (which is what my goal would be here).

I agree that the $200,000 could probably be better spent elsewhere (assuming their standard instruments package was going to be used).
