If there is some question whether an earthquake occurred, or if it is really a M3, then we have to fall back to the catalogue that you decided to use for other contests-and I forget which one that is. In other words, if anyone questions the results, it will be your that catalogue that decides, and I'll ask for your help. I guess Petra's contest is over with the M5.2 Chris
