Woke up with a headache again, southerly direction. Had no alcohol yesterday, so I can't blame it on that. I had gone to visit my grandparents in a nursing home in Torrance. I had almost gone a week without a headache. Also, since Pat explained the significance of ear tones, I thought I would also mention a high pitched tone in my left ear at 1:24 am PST. That would also be south. I first noticed the headache around 6:30 or 7:00 am and went back to sleep only to find it's still here.

I have a feeling that this may mean a 4.0 to 5.5 quake anywhere between Calexico and the coast and maybe off shore by fifty miles or so. It would be south of 34 North, north of 30 North. Time period would be within four days. So ending at this time on November 30, 1999.
