Don,
I don't see any mention of increased volcanic activity in that article - only of
increased human activity around the volcano looking for possible volcanism. Big
difference. If I get a grant to study seismicity in central North Dakota and I go
there with a team of researchers, that does not necessarily mean there is about
to be a big earthquake in North Dakota.
