Hi EQF. Using your Lat/Long positions of the sun at the time of signals you received (With regard to possible geomagnetic effects, the sun was directly above 117E longitude and 6N latitude when the first group of signals was observed, above 137E and 14N when the second group was observed, and above 142E and 15N when the earthquake occurred. And so, at each time it was very roughly 90 degrees to the west of the fault zone)
in regards to the location of the off coast of Oregon quake these are the degrees I get.

6.0N/117.0E. 291.4 degrees west-northwest of the quake. First signal
14.0N/137.0E 282.7 degrees west-northwest of the quake. Second signal
15.0N/142.0E 280.1 degrees west of the quake. Time of quake

Even using a multiple of 90 degrees, 0, 90,180, 270, with 270 degrees being the same as 90 degrees from the epicenter of the quake. The spread is so great that I fail to see how this quake could be related to the position of the sun.

This of course is just my opinion, for what ever that’s worth. Take Care…Don in creepy town
